Technical skills training

Turn technical procedures into practical, exportable training

Technical knowledge lives in wikis, PDFs and in the heads of the people who operate. Moduna turns it into step-by-step lessons, with practice, and lets the expert validate every procedure before the LMS.

Operating a tool or a protocol is no longer taught only by shadowing: the team walks the procedure, gets assessed and returns to the source when the system changes.

Before / With Moduna

Before

The tool changes and the technical course keeps old screenshots and steps.

With Moduna

You update the manual or SOP and regenerate the module. The expert reviews only what moved.

Before

Dense procedures cannot be rehearsed without risking the live environment.

With Moduna

Guided steps, questions and activities prepare the operator before they touch production.

Before

Getting from expert to course means a designer rewriting every SOP.

With Moduna

The expert comments on the generated lesson. L&D does not transcribe the procedure into another tool.

Before

Internal, tool and process training is scattered across five places.

With Moduna

One flow: sources, structure, editing and SCORM, for technical skill and the rest of the catalogue.

A living procedure from the SOP or tool manual to the technical course the LMS assigns.

Skills you execute

Technical training anchored to the real procedure

SOPs and manuals as source

The course is born from the procedure, not a generic summary of “tool X”.

Steps you can follow

Short lessons, assessments and blocks so nobody has to swallow an 80-page PDF.

Expert validation

Whoever operates the system approves the wording. AI does not sign the procedure.

Internal training included

The same product covers tools, processes and day-to-day operating policy.

Brand and clarity

Screenshots, colour and type of the organisation, with contrast reviewed.

SCORM 1.2 and PDF

Tracking in the LMS; PDF for the workstation or operations without a campus.

How you train on a tool that will not sit still

Operations or IT provides the SOP and screenshots. Moduna extracts the steps and proposes modules (access, critical task, common errors, safety). The expert corrects nuances a model must not invent. L&D publishes the SCORM. On the next tool version you replace the source for that flow and regenerate the module, without rebuilding the rest of the technical path.

The platform

Procedure precision, draft speed

In technical work, an invented step is an incident. Moduna is biased not to fill in what the source does not say.

  • No quota filler

Extra steps are not created to “complete” a module. What is not in the SOP is not taught.

  • Expert review

Comments in the lesson, next to the step that must be qualified or forbidden.

  • One catalogue, one flow

The same authoring serves technical skills, onboarding and compliance.

  • LMS output

SCORM 1.2 package or a reference PDF at the desk.
